1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Kimaaya Jewels. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, kindly refrain from using the website or its services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services, including the purchase of sterling silver jewellery and handcrafted artifacts.
2. Product Information
All jewellery and artifacts sold on our platform are crafted from genuine Sterling Silver 925, meaning they contain 92.5% pure silver unless mentioned otherwise. Please note the following:
• All product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in colour, texture, and finish due to handcrafted nature and photographic lighting.
• Minor variations in weight and measurements (±5%) are natural and do not constitute defects.
• Gemstones, if included, are natural or lab-grown as specified in the product description.
• Hallmarking is provided as applicable under applicable law. Please refer to each product listing for specific certifications.
• We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability without prior notice.
3. Ordering & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age, or are placing the order under parental/guardian supervision.
• The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods as listed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Order confirmation is sent to your registered email. An order is considered accepted only upon dispatch confirmation, not at the time of payment.
4. Custom & Personalised Orders
We offer bespoke and personalised jewellery services. The following terms apply specifically to custom orders:
• Custom orders require a non-refundable advance deposit of 50% of the total order value at the time of booking.
• Final design approval is required from the customer before manufacturing begins. Once approved, no design changes can be made.
• Delivery timelines for custom orders range from 10 to 30 business days, depending on complexity.
• Custom and personalised items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India and to select international destinations. Please review our shipping terms below:
• Standard domestic delivery: 5–7 business days.
• International delivery: 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
• All orders are insured and tracked. A tracking number will be shared upon dispatch.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or customs clearance. However, we will assist in resolving any delivery issues.
• Risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:
• Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for standard (non-custom) items in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• To initiate a return, contact us at support@kimaaya.in with your order number and reason for return.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Earrings and pierced jewellery are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We offer free exchange for manufacturing defects or incorrect items dispatched. The replacement item will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected.
7. Warranty & Care
All our sterling silver products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover:
• Tarnishing caused by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, sweat, or improper storage.
• Physical damage such as scratches, dents, or breakage due to mishandling.
• Normal wear and tear over time.
To maintain the lustre and longevity of your silver jewellery, we recommend storing pieces in an airtight pouch, avoiding contact with water and chemicals, and cleaning gently with a soft silver polishing cloth.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to product images, designs, text, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Kimaaya Jewels and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from us.
9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information solely for the purpose of processing orders, improving our services, and communicating with you. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required for order fulfilment (e.g., courier services, payment processors) or as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kimaaya Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
