While we don’t offer a traditional warranty, we attach a Certificate of Authenticity
with all orders to attest to the purity of our products.

In case you have received a damaged/ used/ incorrect or missing product
(empty box), it is essential to file a complaint within 48 hours of
the time of delivery. Please understand that you must include an unboxing video
along with your complaint ticket so that we can provide a quick resolution.

• The product damaged or tarnished due to usage cannot be
returned.

• Items must be returned in their original packing.

• Kimaaya Jewels reserves the right to process
refunds after checking the returned items.

• No returns will be accepted after 7 days. *Rakhi products
are non-returnable. However, you can replace a Rakhi with a different design if
