Returns & Refund Policy

 

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

 

2. Eligible & Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

       Custom or personalised jewellery.

       Earrings and pierced items (hygiene reasons).

       Items showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage.

       Rakhi products are non-returnable. However, you can replace a Rakhi with a different design if there are any size or damage issues at delivery.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

To raise a return request, email us at support@kimaaya.in within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return along with the unboxing video/photos. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. If the payment is through cash, then you’ll have to provide your respective bank details to be accommodated for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

5. Exchanges & Defective Items

If you received a wrong or defective item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please email us with a photo of the issue within 10 days of delivery.
